You will receive an order confirmation email after a successful transaction. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt — not an acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when your item has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent.

5. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Heritage Soccer Kits ships exclusively within the United States, and no sales tax is collected on any orders at this time.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel. 6. Shipping & Delivery

Heritage Soccer Kits ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, please email hello@heritagesoccerkits.com with your order number and reason for return. The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized jerseys (name, number, or patch additions).
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
• Items that show visible signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
