At Heritage Soccer Kits, we believe premium soccer gear should reach you quickly, reliably, and without any hidden costs. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your purchase. Free Shipping on All Orders

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on 100% of orders placed through our website. There is no minimum order value, no promo code required, and no exceptions — every single order ships free. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently charge shipping surcharges for oversized packages, remote addresses within the contiguous US, or multi-item orders.

Shipping Destination

Heritage Soccer Kits currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not fulfill international orders at this time. If you are located outside the United States and wish to inquire about future availability, please contact us at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa) at this time. Orders placed to these address types may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Sales Tax

Heritage Soccer Kits does not collect sales tax on any orders. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay — there are no additional tax charges added at any point during the purchase process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing and handling period before they are handed off to our shipping carrier. Our standard processing times are as follows:

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days
  • Custom or personalized kits: 3–7 business days
  • Pre-order or backordered items: Estimated date shown on product page

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federally observed US holidays.

During peak seasons — including major soccer tournaments, World Cup events, and holiday shopping periods — processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping partner, estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Delivery estimates are business days and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Heritage Soccer Kits is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a network of trusted national carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and the size of your order, your package may be shipped via:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • FedEx
  • DHL eCommerce (for certain lightweight shipments)

Heritage Soccer Kits reserves the right to select the carrier at its sole discretion based on order size, weight, destination, and current carrier availability.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please first check your spam or junk mail folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Heritage Soccer Kits is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com. We can typically modify an address only if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address will be held for 14 days. We will attempt to contact you via email to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment due to address errors provided by the customer may incur a shipping fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Heritage Soccer Kits takes care to package all orders securely. However, once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are unable to control how it is handled.

  • Lost packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations around your property. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
  • Stolen packages: Heritage Soccer Kits is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location. Contact us and we will do our best to assist.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For full details on how to initiate a return, please review our Returns Policy.
