Overview & Our Commitment

At Heritage Soccer Kits, we take pride in delivering premium quality soccer jerseys, kits, sweaters, and apparel to players and fans across the United States. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we have made our returns process as simple and straightforward as possible.

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery on eligible items. We serve customers throughout the USA, and all transactions are processed in US dollars with no applicable tax on our end.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, unused, unworn condition — free from stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached to the garment.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, or securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Please note that items showing evidence of use on the pitch, training ground, or any form of wear and wash will not be accepted for return. We inspect every returned item upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality-control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized items — jerseys or apparel with printed names, squad numbers, or custom lettering added at the time of order.
  • Clearance or final-sale items — items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards — digital or physical gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window — we are unable to accept returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items not in their original condition — worn, washed, altered, or damaged items (where the damage was not caused by Heritage Soccer Kits) are ineligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy. Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately:

  1. Contact our team — Email us at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive authorization — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference and return instructions.
  3. Pack your item(s) — Securely package the item in its original condition with all tags attached. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number inside the package.
  4. Ship your return — Send the item to the return address provided in our authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
  5. Confirmation & refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Please do not send items back without first receiving an RMA from our team. Unauthorized returns may experience significant delays or be returned to the sender.

Shipping Your Return

Heritage Soccer Kits offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. For returns, the following applies:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If we made an error or your item arrived in a damaged or defective condition, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply prefer a different product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.

Heritage Soccer Kits is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns and retaining your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 2–3 business days.

Upon approval, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Original payment method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).
  • Processing time: Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection approval for the refund to appear on your statement. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
  • Partial refunds: In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, items with minor signs of use or missing original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed on our end. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from that confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Email hello@heritagesoccerkits.com with your order number and the details of the item you'd like instead.
  • Follow the same return initiation process outlined above.
  • Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will dispatch your exchange item with free shipping.

If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead, and notify you by email. For a faster turnaround, you may also place a new order immediately and return the original item separately for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. Every order is inspected before it leaves our facility. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately:

  • Email hello@heritagesoccerkits.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include clear photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange a prepaid return label and send out a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

We ask that you do not wash or wear a damaged item before contacting us, as this can complicate the review process. Damage resulting from improper laundering, misuse, or normal wear and tear after use is not covered under our defect policy.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a promotional event, discount period, or marked as "Sale" are eligible for returns under the same standard 30-day policy, provided they are not marked as "Final Sale." A "Final Sale" designation will be clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase, and those items cannot be returned or refunded.

If a promotional discount was applied to an order and only part of the order is returned, the refund will reflect the proportional discount applied to the returned item(s), not the full retail price.

Additional Information

Shipping Region

Heritage Soccer Kits currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not fulfill international orders at this time. All orders are priced in USD and no tax is applied to your purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders — there is no minimum order threshold required to qualify. Free shipping applies to all standard delivery orders within the USA.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and once an order has been picked, packed, and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you would need to follow the standard return process once the item has been delivered.

Heritage Soccer Kits reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
